2024 RACE UPDATE

hello everyone.

I hope you are all doing well. First, Formula wants to thank everyone who participated in or followed us for the 2023 season of our one loft race.

We learned a lot from our first-year races. We gained more experience and learned from our mistakes. (what to do and what not to list).We learned that our race is very tough. Birds need to do a lot in order to overcome unbelievable and hard obstacles and come back home. Birds need to overcome mountains (the most prominent mountain in West Virginia and the Appalachian Mountains), head wind almost all the time, and hawks, which make our race unique. So welcome to the Greatest and Toughest One Loft Race in the Country, the Ultimate in One Loft Racing! So for 2024, we’re ready to take your bird and have an awesome race to come. We only take 500 birds; reserve your perch by signing in before February 1st. There is no perch fee. Entry is $250 per bird after the 100-mile race.

Espero que todos estéis bien. En primer lugar, Formula quiere dar las gracias a todos los que participaron o nos siguieron en la temporada 2023 de nuestra carrera de un palomar.
Aprendimos mucho de nuestras carreras del primer año. Ganamos más experiencia y aprendimos de nuestros errores. (Aprendimos que nuestra carrera es muy dura. Las aves necesitan hacer mucho para superar obstáculos increíbles y duros y volver a casa. Las aves tienen que superar montañas (la montaña más prominente de Virginia Occidental y los Montes Apalaches), viento en contra casi todo el tiempo y halcones, que hacen que nuestra carrera sea única. Así que bienvenidos a la carrera de un solo palomar más grande y dura del país, ¡lo último en carreras de un solo palomar! Hello everyone
Finally, weather permitted us to do a 500-mile race on Saturday, October 7,

from Danville, IL, back home in Berkeley Springs, WV.

This race has been scheduled for a new route which the birds had never been trained.

Completely a new route.

The birds have to fly over six states:

Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
