WELL MY BANDS FINALLY SHOWED UP AND I CAN FINISH PUTTING THEM ON AND DOING A INVENTORY!! BIRDS ARE HEALTHY AND LOOKING GOOD THEY ARE LET OUT IF THEY WANT TO GO ON LANDING BOARD. WE HAVE ABOUT 228 GOING OUT IF THEY WANT THE OTHER 70 ARE BEING WORKED ON TRAPPING AND GOING OUT TO AVERY. WE HAVE TWO WEEKS TO SHIP BIRDS LOOKS LIKE THE LAST TWO WEEKS WILL BE VERY BUSY AND THATS A GOOD THING. BEEN SUPER HOT OVER 100 FOR 5 DAYS NOW BUT COOLING DOWN TO 70-73 IN THE MORNINGS. PLEASE IF YOU SHIP THE NEXT TWO WEEKS DONT OVERCROWD YOUR BIRDS TO HOT AND WE DONT WANT ANY DEAD ONES OR OVER HEATED MAKES A LONG ROAD BACK FOR THEM.

SUMMER HAS FINALLY SHOWED UP THE LAST FEW DAY'S OVER 95 DEGREES!!! WE HAVE 297 BIRDS IN THE LOFT AND HEALTH HAS BEEN GOOD SO FAR HOPE IT STAYS THAT WAY. I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A SAFE 4TH WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!! LOFT WILL BE OPEN TILL JULY 28TH.

Congratulations to FOB Greek and Huan Loft two birds out in front by 4:52 Minutes!! Also my hats off to Huan Loft for scoring 2,4,5,16 at 350 Miles. Congratulations to the avg Speed winners 1st De La O/Fernandez 2nd No Limit Loft 3rd Peach Classic. 2 Bird Avg Speed 1st Hollywood Loft 2nd HI-CAL ,Well to sum up this year it was long and Longer and I lost many Birds do to what ever the problem was? Inconsistency weather what ever it was The 99 birds that went to the final had 800 miles of tosses and 1345  race miles total of 2145 miles no one can’t say I don’t  work there birds. Yesterday speed were 1389 ypm but they had to work and think because of the 3 different winds they encountered. Idaho is a challenge for sure no matter what dang day it is to get birds home from the high desert mountains we fly. I have 165 new birds in the loft I will get them all entered this week!! If you win over $600 I need a W-9 I will not ship your money or birds back till I get it. I plan on shipping all birds back This week 19-21st if you don’t want your birds back please let me know. BIRDS UP AT 6:45 WINDS 1-3 SOUTH WEST PARTLY CLOUDY.  1ST 100 MILES SOME PUSH NEXT 200 MILES ENE 3-6 HEAD WINDS AND THE LAST 50-80 MILES 10-12 NORTH WEST WINDS FLYING FROM THE  SOUTH WEST, BIRDS SHOULD BE HOME 2:30-3:30 MY GUESS!! BEST OF LUCK

Good Morning Breeders

I hope everyone has a Happy Easter with Family and friends!! Well this year as everyone knows has been a very tuff year to get birds going and keep them going with out stopping them for a week or more. The 1st across the river is alway a difficult  toss every year no matter how many short tosses I do before we go over the snake river. Yesterday was the same thing I watched over 100 birds fly back and forth for over 20 minutes they wouldnt go over. So I watched small groups come from North South East and West all afternoon. The ones that came home will not do the same thing again it's that one time that wakes them up and I haven't figured out why or how to get them to cross better, I have tossed next to the river 1 mile and 5 miles on other side same out come. The birds are super healthy and look amazing bath today and back down the road 5x next week we are 2 weeks behind where we need to be but that's ok we will be fine before the real heat hits here!! Hoping to have acttivation race on April 26th if all goes well and they keep getting better. The reason I opened the loft in mid April till June is so I have can have these new birds 55 miles before the weather gets bad and re starting them in Feb should be easy. Loft opens in 1-1/2 weeks and remember no PERCH FEE up front till acttivation race April 2024. I hope you all have a Great Sunday.

Good Morning Breeders

Well the weather is a little better but not much lot's of wind rain and snow almost every day!! The birds are doing better every toss and will keep them training at least 5-6 days a week till I get them to the 60 mile station. As I write this I have a group of 30-40 that want to play and not trap always a grop of naughty birds every year LOL. Health is super lot's of buzzing and fighting in the loft birds are feeling super, Today they really didn't want to go in to a strong shoulder but they didn't waste any time heading home on top of the hill I tossed from was close to 20 mph out of the NW and I was straight South of the loft. We will start working South west after today and by middle of the week will cross the snake river that's always fun!! I am late because of the weather but we will catch up! The new add on starts this week coming and I start taking new birds the week of April 17th so lot's of work to get done in the next 30 days. I hope you all have a great Sunday with the family!!

Good Morning Breeders

The birds are look super and flying good!! The weather again is Crap wind every day last week and rain like today all day rain!! The weather will break and there ready to go on the trailer. I hope to get 2-3 tosses this week and keep going till activation fingers crossed. Other then weather it's all good here we have lots of time to get all races in before June rolls around. This year we are doing things differnt!! Taking birds starting April 17th till June 30th!! Reason birds here before it gets super hot and I can get them all trained out to at least 60-75 Miles before winter gets here I believe that will make my job easier come Feb-Mar. I hope you all have a great week and a Successful breeding year.
