We are getting a lot of requests to ship birds from one Breeder to multiple locations, this is not acceptable and we are not doing it, this creates a lot of work and confusion. The birds will be shipped to the address on Wincompanion, make sure is up to date.

Aquí debajo está la lista de las palomas que fueron pasada por el reloj pero no fueron a la carrera (muchas de estas aves han sido retornos de carreras anteriores que se han mezclado en los entrenamientos con las palomas de 400 millas, varias fueron también sacadas por no estar en condiciones óptimas para la carrera.

We continue shipping birds back, we do this on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. We also mailed out a lot of checks, if you won $600 or more in prizes and haven’t sent your W9, please go ahead and send it to us via email to floridapigeonderby@gmail.com and specify your LOFT NAME.
400 Mile Race Update & Schedule
Today we went to 75 miles and hoping to get another trainer in, planning on basketing the birds this coming Friday and racing on Saturday April 6th. That’s the plan for now if weather permits. The Payouts will be posted on race day, it will be based on the amount of birds that goes to the race. Birds that don’t make it to the 400 mile race, activation fee will be refunded. That’s why a Payout has not been posted, we need to wait until basketing day.
2024 Season
We are receiving birds daily, as of now we have almost 400 and they look great, we are running them through the quarantine process and shortly they will start trap trining and settling there after. As of now, none of the youngsters are showing on Wincompanion due to the fact that we are still running on 2023 because of the 400 mile race, once we finished this optional race the 2024 season will be open and your birds will show up, thank you for patience.

Planes para las 400 millas
Hoy fuimos a 75 millas y pensamos dar otro entrenamiento de carretera el jueves, el viernes estaremos encestando y la carrera se va hacer el Sábado 6 de Abril, ese es el plan por ahora si el tiempo no cambia. Los pagos de esta carrera se van a publicar temprano el día de la carrera, tenemos que esperar a encestar para poder sacar los pagos, van a ser basado en el número de palomas que vayan a las 400 millas, la paloma que no se enceste el dinero será retornado. Por esto es que no se han puesto los pagos.
Temporada 2024
Ya estamos recibiendo pichones, hay casi 400 en el palomar y se ven muy bien, por ahora están en el proceso de cuarentena y pronto empezamos a enseñarle gateras y proceso de adaptación. Los pichones no están mostrando en Wincompanion porque todavía estamos en la temporada 2023, una vez que acabemos con las 400 millas vamos a cerrar el año 2023 y los nuevos pichones del 2024 serán introducidos en el sistema, gracias a todos por su paciencia.

Tomorrow Sunday March 24th we are going to have our last pick up for the local breeders, we will start at 9:30am, be at the loft on time.
On Monday we will start shipping some birds back starting in alphabetical order only if you are not participating in the 400 mile race, for those that have birds on the 400 mile race we will ship all the birds once the race is over.
Some of the checks also going out on Monday for those that are not participating in the 400 mile race.
400 Mile Training: We will start road training on Monday and planning to have the race in about 2 weeks if everything goes well.
Mañana 24 de Marzo vamos a entregar palomas para los criadores locales, si quieren recoger sus palomas estén en el palomar antes de las 9:30am, mañana es el último día.
El lunes se vamos a empezar a retornar palomas en orden alfabético solamente aquellos criadores que no tienen palomas en la carrera de 400 millas. Los que tienen palomas en las 400 vamos a esperar a que se termine para devolver todas las palomas juntas.
Algunos cheques van a salir el lunes para aquellas personas que no tienen palomas en las 400 millas.
Entrenamiento para las 400 millas: Vamos a empezar con la carretera este lunes, si todo sale bien pensamos en hacer la carrera dentro de 2 semanas.

400 Mile Race, we started to loft fly the birds and road training starts pretty soon, we have more than 850 birds signed up, thank you.

Para los criadores que quieren pasar a recoger sus palomas, mañana Sábado 16 de marzo vamos a empezar a repartir Palomas a las 9:30am, traten de estar a las 9am en el palomar.
Con respecto a los envíos de palomas, vamos a empezar a enviar a principio de semana, si quieres tus palomas de vuelta envíe un mensaje de texto al 786-439-8651 que quieres tus aves de vuelta.
La Carrera de 400 millas, ya empezamos a volar las palomas y vamos a empezar a dar entrenamiento de carretera pronto, se recogieron mas de 850 palomas, gracias a todos por el apoyo.

Entrada de pichones en este 2024, vamos a empezar a recibir a partir del 15 de Marzo, por favor de vacunar sus pichones por lo menos 2 semanas antes de enviarlos, también les recomendamos de no enviar muchos en una misma caja, esto causa mucho estrés. Las temperaturas y la humedad aquí están bien altas.
