We are beginning to flag the birds and insist they get up and fly. They are mostly in a large flock when exercising.

We completed another treatment for trichomoniasis and worms.

We will use probiotics for a few days, then begin a 2 week treatment for respirtory.

We lost 2 awesome pigeon flyers in the last couple of weeks. Bill Hill and Gilbert Wiltz went home to be with their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I will miss them both until that day when I see them again. Goodbye for now my friends.

Many of the birds are still molting. The 9th and 10th flights are growing back out on the very last birds.

The last 2 groups received their 2nd salmonella vaccine and are outside for their first time today. So far, we've lost very few birds. We will post an inventory list soon.

Group #5 has been outside 5 times. 

We are combining groups #6 & #7. These are the last 2 groups. They are being trap-trained right now. They will be ready to go outside without being in the settling cage soon.

Many of the pigeons are in the middle of a heavy body-molt right now. All pigeons have had their 9th and 10th flights pulled.

Group #4 has finished their initial lofting training.

Group #5 is trapped trained and ready to go outside without being in the settling cage.

We've vaccinated for pox and pulled some flights.

It's been very hot and humid here. We are supposed to have cooler temps and possibly some rain over the next few days.
