Rain Rain Rain
I just returned from a week’s vacation and it has all but washed us away out here in California. I checked the web site while I was away and could not get anything out of the SRP Page as for as Race results were concerned, that is fixed now, it has not changed Steve Greendale still kicked our behinds. I will start cleaning and disinfecting the loft in the next couple of days and have the loft ready long before Feb 15th. I will be adding more sections on this year, but will only take in 450 birds +/-, thats about all that I can take and still give them the TLC they need. I’m really looking forward to this coming year, we plan on an even better race and overall good time. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! I have posted the Shasta Racing Pigeon Clubs 2009 YB results for everyone to check out. I have been getting calls asking about the South Course and the SRP 2009 YB’s was flown from the south. Just click the SRP Club News page, this will give you some idea of speeds we should see flying from the south. Head winds are the norm but as you can see we also had a race in the 1500YPM range. I will be out of town for week starting tomorrow and when I get back, the loft will get completely sprayed and disinfected and made ready for the 2010 Classic Birds.
