We currently have over 550 birds signed up for this year so it's looking like we are going to have a really good second year. also I'd like to inform all the breeders that we are officially FCI race this year so be sure to have all your birds banded with FCI approved bands. If you are wondering what official FCI bands are in North America the bands must have these initials. For Canada CU. for the United States AU or IF. this week we will be posting all of our shipping information on our website and it will also be posted on here. hopefully everyone's breeding is going well we look forward to seeing your birds thank you again for your support. | Jan-18-2013 | Good morning to all Breeders 2013 season is underway you'll start to see our ads popping up for this year we have made some changes to our race format which I think everyone will enjoy. We have kept the three different directions for the races which all birds will fly. The races will take place starting 1 September each race will be held on each Sunday of September. we want to give the birds have time for rest and recuperate for the following weeks. we also have an encore race this year. The French 400 it will be a 400 mile East course race to be flown two weeks after the final 300 Toronto trifecta race. Another new feature for this year is our $25,000 guaranteed first prize average speed over the three races not including encore. Another new feature to this years race is the entry fees we wanted to create a working man's race so we lowered all of our fees. $1000 covers a 6 bird team no extra cost for anything (no entry fees) . we also have made single bird entry available into this year's race for $217.49 (no entry fees) remember no entry fees mean all you pay is one time.... We are now getting ready for the final leg of the Toronto Trifecta 300 mile North course shipping will be on Saturday September 22 as long as the weather is okay please keep checking our message board for updates on shipping. Also to any breeders that would like to know who is winning average speed please look under our results and click averages. today I will be posting 2 shipping videos so the breeders can see their birds before the final race we tried to post it earlier in the week but the video was too long so we had to cut it into two parts we hope you enjoy the videos.
