Check your inventories as we have had 24 birds lost on the 124 mile toss return this week. Only 2 are in struggling condition. Race #2 is scheduled for this Thursday so make sure they are activated. We had a 50 mile toss today and am planning a 60 mile for Tuesday. I temporially placed all the single release tosses under race results so there is a 60,80,124, and last weeks race 166 mile for easy access for your birds results. Have a Great week!!!
The birds have been tossed now to 124 miles I will continue to road train them as long as the conditions allow. Our first race of the series I am planning for Thursday Aug. 26th. This will be a 160 miler. It appears the hot days are past and are not in the forecast, and winds are bearable.
Entry fees are due, thank you to the many that have already paid.

Good afternoon,
As you have noticed by now it would have been much better for me to have remained quiet then to have published a training agenda. Just when everything looked like a go ahead smoke fouled the plans. Now winds cleared the air of smoke but 12-20 mph head winds predicted for Sunday don't help returns. Forecasts for going into next weekend are calling for triple digit temperatures AGAIN!!! Somehow between these hindrances we'll try to get some tosses off and the 120mi toss. It looks like we could be a week late getting started with the races. Thank you for your patience.
Tomorrow am planning for a 80 mile toss, then 40miles Thursday 65 miles Friday 120 miles Sunday. This should put us on track for our first race, 160miles Friday Aug 13th
Good day ,
June is nearly gone and days are supposedly getting shorter. The birds are doing well as I am trying to get them some wing time before the heat of the day. They were flagged for an hour and a half this morning. Temps for the next 10 days are predicted in the triple digits with a high of 111 on Monday. Those of you who have more than 6 birds may want to adjust your team's. This is to be done prior to road training which starts soon!!!! Next week. Cheers to all, Paul.
Please check your team inventory as I am running the clock 6 days /week for all birds that are being loft liberated. Yes replacements are accepted until May 8th.
2021 perches are all paid for and the loft is full. We are only excepting birds with pre paid perches and replacements. Thank you Breeders for your support.
God bless,
Paul D Rueter
