Good morning everyone,

I was able to get another grouping of pigeons registered online now - on wincompanion.  Sorry for the delay!  We are e-banding them and vaccinating on arrival.

We have some more coming in and the coop is getting fuller!  Exciting to have.

Please let us know if you plan on coming by to drop birds off.

Just FYI - I'm in the process of updating the bird list on wincompanion.  It's taking me a while to do this.  It is certainly not encompassing of all birds that we have right now.

I hope to have things up to date by the end of the week.

Rick is still working on some more pick up dates as well.

Good morning everyone,

My apologies for the delay on starting these regular messages - they will begin now for our season!

We opened our doors for accepting birds on Fri. April 14th and will continue accepting birds until Mon. May 22nd.

We're recieved A LOT of birds so far - and all are being vaccinated and electronically banded on arrival.  This will ensure that we are able to keep an early inventory of the birds for you all!

Rick is at the airport frequently picking up birds that are flown in (no pun intended) and he is checking his calendar this week to see about arranging some other pick ups.

Good afternoon pigeon fanciers,

We've officially closed the MAIN RACE today.  We have 142 birds that have returned and that is the inventory we will use at this point.  Any other birds that do return now, we will reach out to the owner and let them know.

Please connect with Rick in the next week or 2 regarding pick up plans.  His cell is 905-329-5139.  You are welcome to message us through email or Facebook Messenger, but I will be the one answering and will likely link you to call his cell :)

Congratulations again to all of our winners in both the MAIN RACE as well as PREP RACES.

Payouts and certificates will be sent out in the near future.  Remember for future races, if you're here on the day of the race, we are GREEN ON THE SCENE...as we payout those winners present!

Look forward to seeing some of you soon, with pick ups happening, and continuing to stay in touch for our plans for next year.

Evening all

The birds have been basketed and they are ready to go 300 miles!

180 are in there and as always, Rick handled each bird to check them over before basketing them.

Excited for tomorrow - weather looks good for the race...might be a slight shoulder wind coming from the west.  We'll see in the morning.

Hope to see you here - if not, stay tuned online for the results!  And remember, top 30 spots for payout, with our additional special prize for the last bird to clock on the day of the race...$500.

I've posted the current inventory for the birds as it sits now.  Look under the TRAINERS tab in wincompanion for this list.

We will be basketing the birds tonight after a good Thanksgiving dinner.

I'll keep you posted as to the basketing!

Good evening all

Rick will be doing an inventory that I will be posting tomorrow...this way you'll see which birds are here as a few have returned that we believe have been missing since before the last prep race.

We will be basketing the birds on Sunday night for the MAIN RACE on Monday!

We welcome any spectators to the main race, and a couple of reminders are:

*Bring your own lawn chairs

*Please leave your pets at home, as we have a few wandering animals that we'd like to keep loose for the day

*Facilities onsite 

*Niagara Peninsula OLR merchandise will be for sale 

*Light snack will be served
