Today at 3pm ET we will be basking the birds for Race 3 (250 Miles)The Race is scheduled for tomorrow Saturday January 28th with an expected release time at 8am ET. This hand basking will be Livestream via Facebook and YouTube, all you have to do is search for Florida Pigeon Derby on any of these two platforms and you will find us. Best of luck to all.

Hoy a las 3pm empezaremos el enceste para la Carrera # 3 de 250 Millas, Las palomas se piensan soltar mañana Sábado 28 de Enero a las 8am. El Enceste se va a transmitir en vivo por Facebook y YouTube para aquellos que lo deseen ver, solamente tienen que buscar a Florida Pigeon Derby en cualquier de estas plataformas para que nos puedan encontrar y no se lo pierden. Just wanted to give you a quick update, this is the week to activate for the Optional Races (Gold Cup & La Guerrera) last day to activate will be shipping night for the 250 Mile Race. Do not miss out, rules are on the website. We will be road training again (60 or 75 miles) one or two times before the 250 race. We are looking at the weather very closely and it looks like we are racing this Sunday, tomorrow night we will make a final decision based on the weather and let you know for sure. Por este medio les dejo saber que ya estamos en la semana de activación para las carreras opcionales, no se la pierdan. Cualquier duda o preguntan pueden llamar. El último día para ingresar sus palomas es el día del enceste para las 250 millas. Mañana estaremos en la carretera nuevamente (60 o 75 millas) y lo haremos una o dos veces antes de la carrera. Por ahora pensamos en hacer la carrera el domingo pero mañana en la noche tomaremos una decisión final. Suerte para todos.

We had a good race this past Saturday, now we are focusing on Race 3 (250 Miles) We will be back on the road tomorrow (60 Miles) and continue working with them throughout the week. Please remember that you can activate now for the Optional Races Gold Cup & La Guerrera (Rules are on the website, if you have any questions contact Pedro 305-794-8604). Please let us know if you are planning on participating before the 250 Mile Race, that’s the cut off time. If you activate your bird (s) and they don’t make it to the 250 for whatever reason, you can replace that bird or we will give you a full refund.

Este fin de semana tuvimos una exitosa carrera, ahora nos estamos enfocando en la Carrera 3 (250 Millas). Mañana vamos a salir a entrenar en la carretera (60 millas) y seguiremos trabajando con ellas durante el transcurso de la semana. Por favor acuérdense que ya empiezan las activaciones de la Copa Oro y La Guerrera (las reglas están en nuestra página web, cualquier pregunta contactar a Pedro 305-794-8604) Por favor déjanos saber si van a participar, esto tiene que ser antes de la Carrera de 250 millas. Para los que activen palomas en estas opcionales, si su paloma (s) se pierde por cualquier motivo antes de las 250, se les va dar la opción de reemplazarla o su dinero será devuelto.

Getting ready for Race 2 from 185 miles, yesterday Thursday January 19th was the last training day. We will be basketing today Friday 20th and racing on Saturday January 21st from 185 Miles. Best of luck to all the breeders!
